Your current situation, symptoms, gut instinct or intuition are calling you to action!

 

You want, and deserve, more for your health & happiness but, while you may have a goal and feel motivated to take action, you don’t know where to start or obstacles keep getting in the way.

 

You may feel you know what you ‘should’ be doing, or want to do, but finding motivation and time to consistently take action sustainably is a challenge, especially with low energy, overwhelm or a health challenge (including illness, disease or symptoms).

It is often noted that Holistic Health Coaching helps people get better without needing to know what’s wrong with them. We just have to address the underlying root causes of health, which often means tending to our basic human needs, to bring the body & mind back into balance and a state of homeostasis and healing.

 

Our health is a result of a complex dance between our intrinsic biological systemic functions (including our digestive health, cardiovascular & lymphatic systems, immune system, mitochondrial function, endocrine/ hormone function, neurological/cognitive health) & structural integrity (musculoskeletal system) coupled with all of the external influences in our lives.

 

Holistic Health focuses on you as a whole-person (‘w’holistic) vs seeing you as a compartmentalised puzzle of non-related parts & symptoms.  You are unique and a complex combination of infinite variables creating your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health & wellbeing within the context of your life; MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.

Taking a pro-active approach to our health & wellbeing is two-fold:

1. Creating a foundational & sustainable baseline for optimal health

2. Understanding how we can best support ourselves & outcomes with acute health challenges

Without the basic health foundations in place that create a body & mind conductive to health and wellness, vs creating one conductive to illness, there is always something we can 'do'.

As a Holistic Health Coach I support you to take action and implement simple habits and routines into your daily life for both improved foundational health and optimal outcomes.

 

Because how can we begin to know the answers to support our health & wellbeing if we’re not asking the right questions?

 

Once we are so in touch with our unique needs and find the sweet spot for our health that is right for us, much of the fear and overwhelm drops away as our energy and vitality returns and increases, supporting optimal health, healing and a state of balance.

 

I work with you to create a healthy holistic lifestyle. In feeling seen & heard, you will create a simple, adaptable, flexible and evolving ‘Health Toolkit’ through deepened self-awareness around your personal needs using my REVITALISE Programme for Holistic Health.

 

Simple, regular routines, habits and behaviours in multiple areas will have a cumulative and synergistic benefit on your health. We find the ‘low hanging fruit’ that is right for you and that you are motivated to embed for the most significant impact on your health.
